Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Prolonged pain and weakness in upper arm/shoulder area from the day it was given. States the injection was given too high on arm. Scheduled MRI due to difficulty with daily tasks.
