Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient was given the vaccine too low on the left arm. She noticed upon immediate administration that the injection gave her an electric sharp type feeling. She had 3-4 days of a dull arm feeling and pain. It took 3-4 days for the pain to subside. She is now recovered.
