Symptom narrative

Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient called the pharmacy and reported bad swelling and itching on the left arm. Patient went to the urgent care and received an antibiotic and steroid medications. The swelling has gone down and patient is recovering from it.
