Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient reported to the pharmacy 7-10 days post-administration to report "arm paralysis". She said that she had visited her primary care doctor, who stated the vaccine was given in the "wrong location" on the arm
