Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: patient came in for a covid vaccine and the pharmacist accidentaly administered Flucelvax the patient last received a flu shot 3 months ago, will contact patient in a couple of days to follow up but patient is fine. had to indicate an adverse event on this report but the patient did not have redness on injection site
