Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Severe, Additional Details: pt received prevnar 20 on 12/7. pt came to pharmacy to pick up steroids and epipen. flagged for dur and i went over to talk to the patient. states her lip/face swelled up and hospital stated she had an allergic reaction to prevnar 20
