Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Severe, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Swallowing, Throat Tightness-Severe, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Severe, Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Severe, Systemic: Abdominal Pain-Severe, Systemic: Diarrhea-Severe, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Systemic: Headache-Severe, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Severe, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Severe, Systemic: Weakness-Severe, Additional Details: After vaccination patient states she started to feel weakness in her legs, numbness in the Left thigh, extreme fatigue, nausea, diarrhea (incontinence), headache, electric feeling, tingling in fingers and toes that spread into the rest of the body and lips, back spasm. Patient went to see her doctor and then later went to the ER because symptoms worsened. Patient has since recovered as of 12/14/25.
