Symptom narrative

24 hours after injection noticed pain in shoulder joint. Assumed it was just reaction to the injection. Pain continued to increase throughout the week. Talked to pharmacy and let them know about the reaction. Pain continued to increase and radiate to back down my arm and into my hand. Spoke to Primary Care. She recommended seeing an Orthopedic Specialist if pain continues. 12-27-25, pain continues in shoulder and back. Weakness in left and and hand. Decreased strength in hand/fingers.
