Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Medium, Systemic: Fever-Medium, Systemic: Joint Pain-Severe, Systemic: Lymph Node Swelling-Severe, Additional Details: patient presents today 12/17/25 that she had an adverse effect right that evening when she got her flu shots and capvaxive. She received the flu shot on the right deltoid while the capvaxive was on the left deltoid. Her left arm is still red and warm to touch not at the injection site but right below, patient also informed that she had fever and chills that evening then next following swollen arm, joint and lymph node swelling.
