Systemic: Heart Felt Weak/Irregular heart beat-Severe, Additional Details: Patient mentioned that a couple of days after she received the COVID vaccine she started to experience irregular heart beat, heart weakness that last over a month. When she was younger she had myocarditis, and had a history of SVT. Because of this she is taking metoprolol
