Symptom narrative

Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Medium, Additional Details: Patient reported "I was so sick after the COVID shot I got. It was 5 days. I was terribly sick". Then when asked if I could report it, she said the signal is not good and she can't hear me well (cutting in and out). I advised her to also report this to her local pharmacists and or PCP. She agreed. Reporting with the info I received during my short interaction with this patient.
