Symptom narrative

After patient received his vaccines, patient was advised to have a seat next to his mother (who was receiving a vaccine herself) when both the patient and his mother disregarded the advisment and stated "I'm fine/He's ok." Shortly after this interaction, patient stumbled backwards and then fell from standing height hitting the right temporal area of his head at some point during this. Patient denied LOC and was able to e assisted to standing with staff and laid on exam table in treatment area when ERT was activated and care of patient was transferred to the ERT team upon their arrival.
