Symptom narrative

Patient visited our shot clinic on 12/16/25 and was given the Zoster immunization and MMR immunization. Patient representative contacted our office 12/17/25 stating the the patient has swelling, heat, and bright red rash at the injection site (right back of arm). They were advised to come into the walk-in clinic and was subsequently diagnosed with Cellulitis of the right upper extremity following the Zoster vaccination. They presented to our walk-in clinic and was prescribed Bactrim. Patient also has a visit with their PCP.

BRCA1 gene mutation breast cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, asplenic
