Patient received the influenza immunization on 12/12/2025 at an outside location and presented to our clinic on 12/15/2025 with bruising, redness/rash, and swelling. Patient was subsequently diagnosed with cellulitis of the left upper extremity. Other possiblities include site reaction, allergy to the vaccine, but no history of these. Patient was prescribed an oral antibiotic. No other follow up recorded at this time. It is unknown which influenza vaccine was administered since it was an outside location, however, I could not progess in the form until I entered a selection.
