Symptom narrative

Patient reported that after she received her Boostrix vaccine on 04/18/25 she had a sore left arm for 5 months. She believed as she is 95 pounds either the injection needle was too long or injected in the wrong place on the arm. She said it got progressively worse and after 3 days was unable to sleep on that arm. She said it was more annoying than painful and lasted for 5 months. She did not seek medical treatment but subsequently has received her 2025-25 influenza vaccine from a nurse with no issues and had no issues with vaccinations prior to this one.
