Symptom narrative

Patient had feelings of disorientation, dizziness, shaking, chills, and as a result had issues walking. As of Monday, 12/22/25 when reported to us at the pharmacy, the patient is feeling better, but is still feeling lethargic and weak. No swelling or redness at injection site. Patient took tylenol proactively in case she were to feel pain at the injection site.
