Summary of Events: Patient vaccinated 11/5/2025. Spoke with patient on 12/22/25 to discuss her concern that she called in on 12/20/25. Patient reports developing vaccine reaction on left arm from vinkunya. She explained how that vaccinated arm was extremely sore, difficult to move, and sought out physical therapy. Patient reports physical therapy started on 11/20/25. Patient reports that physical therapy is helping with shoulder pain. Patient was counseled and confirmed that the patient is using OTC treamtent options. Patient reports using Aleve and Tylenol. Patient also reports using heat, ice and exercise. Patient has upcoming X ray scheduled for 12/18/25 and an appointment with an orthopedist on 1/14/25. No admission of fault was made. The patient was informed that documentation of the incident will be reported.
