Symptom narrative

Patient became hypotensive with vasovagal response 10 minutes post administration. BP 76/42, patient c/o head burning sensation. Symptoms resolved post orthostatic change laying flat, Last BP 106/60 one hour post administration, symptoms completely subsided per patient report.

Sepsis s/t left lower lobe pneumonia,
