Patient date of birth 04/XX/1957 reports that after getting her high dose Fluzone 09/30/25 that she had a very large induration of redness and swelling at the injection site that lasted at least 3 to 4 days. Family member who is an NP suggested cool compresses and applying hydrocortisone cream to the affected area which helped alleviate the symptoms.
