Symptom narrative

Pt got the flu shot in left arm and felt fine. Said the injection for Havrix was painful. Got dizzy/light headed and then passed out. Pt began to shake and then was snoring and legs were pushing the chair backwards. Began to shake once more before awaking. Event lasted ~30 seconds. Pt did not know what happened but knows where they were. I decided to not give other two scheduled shots. Instructed pt to stay in our pharmacy and so we can keep eyes on him and gave water as requested. Pt went to bathroom on own power and ensured me that he was perfectly fine. Pt stayed in our waiting area for ~30+ min and ensured he felt normal before leaving
