Symptom narrative

No adverse event, but a vaccine error - The second dose of menquadfi is supposed to be given 2 months after the first dose for a patient who is asplenic. The second dose was given 1 month after the first dose. The patient did not experience any adverse effects. Patient was informed that the second dose is considered invalid and that a repeat dose needs to be administered to complete the series. Patient understands and plans to get the repeat dose.
