Symptom narrative

Training was given to school nurses of the importance of MMR verification. It was recommended that if staff did not have documentation, they get an MMR dose or at least get a titer drawn to see if they showed an adequate level of protection. Although she did have documentation of two doses, she wanted to ensure she had protection and requested an additional dose.
