Client received vaccines on 12/22/25. After client had checked out and was walking towards the doors, he looked pale and dad turned around and went to sit down in waiting room chair. This nurse went to go get water and a snack along with a cold rag. After sitting down client passed out and started throwing up in trash can next to chair. This nurse stayed with him and hollered for another nurse to come out. The other nurse brought out the vitals machine. We sat down and took clients vitals, put cool rag on neck, gave him a snack and water. We waited for client to finish snack and drink most of water before he left. Before client stood up, we made sure client was no longer dizzy and clients color had returned.
