Symptom narrative

After receiving state training, school nurses organized a clinic for staff members to receive either a titer to find out if they had adequate MMR protection or to get the vaccination if they did not have documentation indicating their protection in case of future exposure. Initially, patient had wanted to get a titer drawn but after arriving, decided she would rather get the vaccine since she was also due for an updated Tdap. Administered both vaccines at patient's request despite seeing multiple MMR doses on routing slip.
