Patient came in with Mother requesting Flu and COVID vaccines. Flu vaccine was given first, then COVID vaccine. After 30 second to 1 minute after receiving COVID vaccine, patient's face turned pale white and closed her eyes and head turned back against the wall behind the chair. She lost consciousness for about 15 seconds and came back to consciousness. Pharmacy called 911 right away. While waiting for paramedics to come, patient was out again and seized for about 5 seconds and back to consciousness. Patient came in and out of consciousness 4 times, with 2 times paramedics on stie. Patient was conscious and was able to converse, paramedics suggested to have patient checked out by the ER doctor and was wheeled out by emergency personnel on a stretcher to transport to ER.
