The patient's pertinent medical history, previous drug reactions or allergies and were not provided. Concomitant medications include flu vaccine. On approximately 30-NOV-2025 (reported as: last week from 07-DEC-2025), he was vaccinated with pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) at a dose of 0.5 mL administered by Intramuscular route in one arm by health professional as routine pneumococcal vaccination (formulation, vaccine scheme, lot number and expiration date were not provided); also, on the same date, he was vaccinated with flu vaccine (unspecified) in the other arm (dose, scheme, route, indication, lot number and expiration date were not reported (concomitant therapy). On an unknown date in 2025, the patient experienced as kind of incapacitated where it was administered pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) (Vaccination site movement impairment), with general malaise and in bed all day (malaise). No issues were reported with that specific arm where flu vaccine was administered. He did not seek medical attention. On 07-DEC-2025, he recovered from the events.
