under the weather; This spontaneous report was received from a Consumer or other non-health professional and refers to 1-year-old female patient. The patient's pertinent medical history, concurrent conditions, previous drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medications were not reported. On 02-Dec-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), (dose, lot #, expiration date, route of administration and anatomical site of injection were not reported); and with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), (dose, lot #, expiration date, route of administration and anatomical site of injection were not reported). Both vaccines were reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) and administered for prophylaxis. Since receiving the vaccinations on 02-Dec-2025 during her 1-year medical checkup, the patient has been reported as being "under the weather" (malaise). At the time of reporting, the outcome of the event was unknown. The causal relationship between the event of malaise and the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live was not reported.
