Symptom narrative

Vaccine recipient appeared to have fainted approximately 3-5 minutes after receiving vaccines. She was given juice, applesauce, crackers, and water and observed for 20 minutes. She appeared pale and tired after episode. About 10 minutes after fainting and receiving food and fluids she had better color and seemed to be feeling better.
