Symptom narrative

8:30 pm. Chills. All night pounding headache. 5:30 extremely dizzy and weak. Syncope. Fell and woke up on floor. Got in bed with cold rag and lay down. 5:45 got up again walked to next room. Weak nausea feeling of passing out. Fell. Woke my husband up. He said I was slurring my words and he threatened to call 911. After I got up and lay with a cold rag on my head for about an hour I was better. Just weak all day. Probably lasted a good 24 hours. Bruised head and left hip from falling. Took Ibuprofen 800 mg TID on Dec 12th
