accidentally given an expired dose of Engerix B; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 59-year-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B) (batch number 3x937, expiry date 07-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 22-DEC-2025, the patient received Engerix B. On 22-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: accidentally given an expired dose of Engerix B). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 22-DEC-2025 The reporter was the registered nurse who stated that a patient was accidentally given an expired dose of Engerix B on 22-DEC-2025.
