Symptom narrative

a first dose of Bexsero was given to a 6-month-old; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 6-month-old patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. On 22-DEC-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero (unknown arm). On 22-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: a first dose of Bexsero was given to a 6-month-old). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
