Right shoulder pain starting 1 day after administration. Patient reported pain 10/10, decreased range of motion, and inability to lift. Was triaged by an RN, advised to follow up with clinic in 3 days as this could be a normal reaction. 12/22/25, patient called in reporting continued right shoulder pain. Explains symptoms are better but continue--pain 3-4/10, decreased range of motion, difficulty with lifting. Seen in clinic same day. Prescribed Etodolac 400mg BID and Tylenol 500mg Q 4 hours up to 3000 mg/day. Offered Physical therapy, patient declined. Advised to complete shoulder stretches. Advsised to follow up in 6 weeks for imaging if no improvement. Diagnosed with right shoulder impingement

Albuterol 90mcg/puff PRN, Rizatriptan 10 mg PRN migraine; lisdexafetamine 50mg QD, sertraline 25 mg QD ON DAYS 15 TO 28 OF MENSTRUAL CYCLE MONTHLY.
