Symptom narrative

Syncope: Within 1-2 minutes of vaccine injection, patient became pale and lost consciousness. She was laid back on table and MA left room to get ice and doctor. She woke up within 15 seconds. She was disoriented, anxious and tearful. She was monitored until she was stable.
