Symptom narrative

Patient received IM influenza vaccine injection at allergy clinic. Approximately 12 minutes afterwards, patient developed itchy throat and chest tightness. Patient received oral cetirizine, IM epinephrine, and then 4 inhalations of albuterol. Patient was brought over to the ED and received further observation. In the ED, patient observed for and received oral dexamethasone and famotidine.
