Symptom narrative

2 days after Flu vaccine I started with neck pain and overall tiredness. It continued to get worse and I called out of work a couple of days sporadically due to headache and nausea with continued exhaustion. On 11/8/2025 (25 days after my vaccine) my husband called EMS due to combativeness, confusion and unable to follow direction. I was admitted for meningitis, altered mental status and fever. I was unaware of my situation (memory loss) for several days and I am still recovering. I have followed up with my primary doctor, Infectious Disease doctor and a neurologist and he stated the meningitis is from the Flu vaccine. My memory should return fully but the time frame is unknown. I still have neck discomfort, daily headaches and tiredness.

Other medications

Synthroid 50 mcg daily, Wegovy 1 mg weekly, Flonase 1 spray each nostril daily.

Allergies

Brisdelle, Pineapple.

11/8/2025- MRI and Spinal tap, CBC, CMP, Lactic Acid, PICC line, EEG
