Symptom narrative

Patient noted severe fatigue day 1, on 12/19 noticed redness on arm. Area of redness had spread down her right arm to the elbow along with some swelling. Skin was warm/hot feeling and painful. Patient was seen by Provider on 12/23, patient noted that the redness was decreasing, was not as painful. Was using cold compresses to area and taking tylenol/ibuprofen. patient also being treated for UTI and currently on cephalexin for treatment.

Lab data

CBC with auto Diff was completed 12/23, this came back normal.
