The vaccine was administered at a pharmacy by a male staff in December 2021. At the time of vaccination, I experienced a significant amount of pain that was unusual for vaccination. The site where the vaccine was administered also felt kind of high on the (left) shoulder. Immediately after the vaccination, the arm/shoulder site was hurting a lot for at least a day. Subsequently after that I started experiencing left should pain that got progressively worse. In February 2022, I contacted my primary care physician to let her know about the pain which I experienced while "using my arm, such as raising it, or sleeping on that side. " My PCP gave me an order for physical therapy. At the time, I did not make the connection of a possible should injury related to vaccine administration. I did end up doing some physical therapy and acupuncture. Until this today, I continue to experience left shoulder pain which I did not have prior to this occurrence.
