Swelling to left arm immediately after administration; site massaged and cool compress applied for five minutes-swelling decreased after such time.

One Year old client received HIB vaccine to left arm with immediate swelling-but swelling decreased with massage to site and cool compress after five minutes. Client did not show signs of respiratory distress or any other signs of allergic
