Symptom narrative

Patient date of birth 04/XX/1953 received a Covid vaccine in September of 2022 and reported that she developed cardiac symptoms (some shortness of breath and rapid heart beating) that caused her to seek medical attention from her doctor. She was placed on a medication called Flecainide to help control her irregular heartbeat and had follow-up visits every 6 months for 2 years before this resolved and returned to normal.
