Symptom narrative

Patient states after admin of the second vaccine she was getting that day- she got a strong metal or umami taste in her mouth. Shortly after numbness on the roof of her mouth, under lip and places on her cheeks. She also had some chest tightness, which resolved after 30 mins. Numbness moved around to different spots on face and fingers, lasted for about 1 hour. Provider assessed- determined paresthesia with no other significant findings, patient was able to go home.
