Symptom narrative

Patient has had 2 days of more severe muscle pain at the injection site and pain with moving the affected arm through the full range of motion. Patient reports taking over the counter ibuprofen and naproxen for pain relief. Patient reports some improvement with pain and range of motion with the sore arm today (day 3 after receiving vaccination). Advised to be seen for sharp pain, swelling or redness in the affected arm, or if symptoms do not continue to improve over the next few days.
