the patient called and stated that she has been itching around the injections site and also it is red and warm to touch. treatment: recommended an antihistamine to help with the itching

hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism and diabetes

rosuvastatin 20 mg tab, levothyroxine 125 mcg, chlorthalidone 50 mg, cetirizine 10 mg, metformin 1000 mg, duloxetine 60 mg , losartan 25 mg , gabapentin 300 mg capsule.
