Potential Late Second Dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 45-year-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B) (batch number EB9ZX, expiry date 10-DEC-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Engerix B (Patient took first dose when child.). On 17-DEC-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Engerix B. On 17-DEC-2025, after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Potential Late Second Dose). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 17-DEC-2025 The pharmacist called to report a potential late second dose. The pharmacist stated that they had just vaccinated a patient with Engerix-B and had tried to ask the patient when her first dose had been, but the patient could not give a definitive answer. The patient had said it might have been when she was a child and the pharmacist did not know what product had been used. The pharmacist wanted to know how to proceed with scheduling for Engerix-B.
