Symptom narrative

6:45 am fatigue increased 12/23/25, 8:03 am body aches started in low back & waist but progressed throughout day to neck arms back legs full body aches like flu by 4 pm. 4:45 pm fever blister started itching & appearing. Headaches started & left waist sensitivity under left breast around 5 pm.

Current illness

Split fingers very painful

Medical history

Rt sided CHF, high blood pressure, diabetes, fibromyalgia, chronic appendicitis, endometriosis, pelvic organ prolapse, ovarian cysts, GERD, gastritis, delayed bowel emptying, diverticulitis
