not report any side effects; inadvertently administered an expired dose of the VAQTA vaccine; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse, referring to a 12-month-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, previous drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medications were not reported. On 01-Dec-2025, the patient was inadvertently administered an expired dose of VAQTA for prophylaxis (strength, dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot number, and expiration date were not reported). No side effects were reported.
