Symptom narrative

Patient's arm is red, swollen, and itchy from the injection site down to almost her elbow. I observed this today, one week after her injection. She said the symptoms started on 12/17, the day after her vaccination. Today is 12/23 and she said her arm still itches and it was visibly red and swollen. She said it has improved some since it started.
