Symptom narrative

Anaphylaxis. Started about an hour and 15 minutes after the vaccine. He went to swim practice and came home at 7:30 and said he was having trouble breathing, his neck and throat were itchy, and he felt like something was in his throat. He said it started right before he started practice so we estimate around 5:45pm. We took him to urgent care in [withheld city, state] and they examined him and said he was wheezing and had a rash and his arm (the site of the shot) had swelling. The administered an epipen in his thigh and gave him a couple albuterol breathing treatments as well as Zyrtec.
