Symptom narrative

6/2023 extreme abdominal and back pain. Hospitalized with Portal vein thrombosis and mesenteric vein thrombosis. Consequences of thrombosis includes poor liver function and liver blood labs are abnormal. Ongoing care by hepatologist and hematologist. Future TIPS procedure(s) required.

Lab data

Blood labs quarterly. Liver biopsy in beginning of 2025. Abdominal CT scans every 6 months.
