Symptom narrative

Patient got her covid vaccine on her left arm and flu vaccine on her right arm. Patient fainted after receiving the flu vaccine and she regained consciousness after few seconds. She complained about weakness and dizziness. We gave her some water and she felt better. We offered to call 911 but her father declined. Patient rested in the pharmacy for 15 minutes and left with his father.
