administration of 2nd doses of Bexsero and Menveo to a 79 year-old patient.; administration of 1st doses of Bexsero and Menveo; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 79-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number CD44A, expiry date 31-MAR-2028) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 9X7CD, expiry date 31-JAN-2026) for prophylaxis, Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number CD44A, expiry date 31-MAR-2028) for prophylaxis and Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 9X7CD, expiry date 31-JAN-2026) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included immunocompromised. On 27-AUG-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Bexsero and the 2nd dose of Menveo. On 09-JUN-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero and the 1st dose of Menveo. On 09-JUN-2025, not applicable after receiving Bexsero and Menveo and an unknown time after receiving Bexsero and Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: administration of 1st doses of Bexsero and Menveo). On 27-AUG-2025, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: administration of 2nd doses of Bexsero and Menveo to a 79 year-old patient.). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were not applicable.
